The customer who makes a purchase on the website www.greensoulcosmetics.com selects the form of payment with the PayPal system, where the same customer subsequently requests a refund for any reason and for any reason of the sum paid, this refund will not include the tariffs withheld by PayPal, but only the net amount of the transaction. This is because PayPal will not refund Green Soul SNC but will instead retain both the fixed and variable transaction fees. Furthermore, any tariffs relating to transport, etc., for any reason and in any form, could also be further deducted from this net amount, thus proceeding with the reimbursement of only the resulting net amount.
Upon receiving the communication, Green Soul Cosmetics will notify the customer of the procedure.
The customer shall promptly arrange the shipment addressed to Green Soul Cosmetics. The transport costs and the responsibility of the goods during shipment, as ruled by law, shall be borne by the customer.
It is recommended that you insure the goods with the courier of choice, taking care to carefully pack the goods and, where possible, by inserting them into an outer box, without damaging the original packaging by means of adhesive tapes, labels, etc.
The product must be returned inside its original packaging along with all its parts and accessories.
In case a transportation damage occurred during the return, Green Soul Cosmetics will communicate the same to the customer within five working days of the delivery of the goods, allowing him to file a claim with the carrier used for delivery.
The damaged goods will be available for return and the withdrawal request will be simultaneously canceled. Unless repairing costs will be undertaken, Green Soul Cosmetics will refund customers fully within 14 days, counting from the day the purchased goods were received, by canceling the credit card charges, or by wire transfer to the bank account specified by the customer.
The right of withdrawal is lost if the products are returned in damaged conditions (for reasons other than transportation), incomplete, with missing parts, or with a damaged packaging.
WITHOUT EXCEPTION we do not refund packages that were opened or used.
Items that do not contain the seal or external plastic, such as make-up and even skincare-haircare products, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
