A single swipe of Rouge Victoria delivers full, intense color thanks to its demi-matte formula. Hydrating ingredients keep lips nourished and smooth between applications. For added precision, use the Detailed Lip Brush.

When the occasion calls for it, try Victoria’s complete lipstick application ritual, perfected by her makeup artists:

- Step 1: Prep the lips with a gentle exfoliation and apply a small amount of Posh Balm in the shade Glacé. Let it absorb, then blot to remove any excess.

- Step 2: Line the contour of the upper and lower lip with Lip Definer.

- Step 3: Apply Rouge Victoria directly from the stick with smooth, fluid strokes, building color intensity and coverage as desired. For added precision, use the Detailed Lip Brush.

- Step 4: Gently blot with a tissue to remove excess and achieve the desired effect. For even longer wear, blot between layers of Rouge Victoria.

Expert tip: Perfect the lip contour with The Concealer Pen with TFC8®, applying it with light touches of the Conceal and Detail Brush to define the edges with precision.
