Dear Customer,
We inform you that the general terms and conditions of sale set out below indicate, in compliance with current consumer protection regulations, the conditions and procedures for safely, easily and conveniently purchasing products online at www.greensoulcosmetics.com.
We therefore invite you to read and accept them in order to proceed with your purchase. Upon order confirmation, the following conditions are automatically considered accepted.
Art. 1 – SUBJECT MATTER
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of products marketed by Green Soul Cosmetics, with registered office at Via Gerolamo Fantoni 1, 25087 Salò (BS), through the website www.greensoulcosmetics.com to consumer users.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are effective from the date of acceptance by the customer on the website, which constitutes acceptance in all respects pursuant to Art. 1341 of the Italian Civil Code. Green Soul Cosmetics reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time by publishing them on the website.
Note on INCI: The ingredient information provided on the website is purely illustrative and may vary. Customers are always advised to refer to the ingredient list on the product packaging, which represents the official and up-to-date source.
Art. 2 – PURCHASE PROCEDURES
Products are purchased by accessing the website and completing the relevant registration. A description containing the main features is available for each product. All purchase support information is to be understood as general informational material only; images are for illustrative purposes only.
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Green Soul Cosmetics via an automatic email response. This message will include an "order number" to be used in any communication with Green Soul Cosmetics. In the event of non-acceptance of an order, Green Soul Cosmetics guarantees prompt notification to the customer.
Art. 3 – PAYMENT METHODS
All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT. Prices may change without prior notice and the only valid price is the one indicated at the time of order confirmation.
Payment options:
SHOP PAY / PAYPAL – Accelerated payment service offered by Shopify. Allows you to complete your purchase quickly and securely, saving shipping and payment details for future orders. Accepts credit and debit cards from major payment networks. Data is protected with advanced encryption. Secure online payment, accepts all credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. No PayPal account required.
PAYPAL – Pay in 3 instalments – Three interest-free instalments with no additional costs.
KLARNA – Pay in 3 instalments – Three interest-free instalments with no additional costs.
BANK TRANSFER – Goods are shipped after payment confirmation (3–5 working days). Art. 4 – DELIVERY METHODS
Green Soul Cosmetics ships exclusively with express couriers FEDEX and DHL EXPRESS.
Shipping costs:
- Italy – Free for orders ≥ €79.00 / €6.90 for orders below
- European Union – Free for orders ≥ €149.00 / €16.90 for orders below
- Rest of the world – €49.90 for orders below €290.00
Upon delivery, please check that the packaging is intact and that the number of parcels matches the shipping document. Any damage must be reported to the courier with a "written inspection reservation". In the event of non-collection within 5 working days, the order will be considered final.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND CHARGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER ORDERING FROM NON-EU COUNTRIES.
Art. 5 – WARRANTY
Green Soul Cosmetics does not provide any additional warranty on products beyond that provided by the individual manufacturers.
Art. 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code and subject to the exclusions set out in Article 59 of the same code (in particular for clearly personalised goods or sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery), the Buyer has the right, within 14 working days of delivery, to exercise the Right of Withdrawal, consisting of the right to return the products received and obtain a refund of the price paid, without penalty and without any reason.
This right applies to all products on the website www.greensoulcosmetics.com, with the exception of items without a seal or outer plastic wrap (e.g. makeup, skincare and haircare products) for hygiene reasons. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with accessories, instructions for use and everything else provided.
PayPal refund: In the event of a refund for any reason, the refunded amount will not include the fees retained by PayPal (fixed and variable), nor any transport costs. The refund will only be made on the resulting net amount.
Withdrawal procedure: To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must complete the appropriate Return Form or send an explicit declaration by registered letter to Green Soul Cosmetics, within 14 days of delivery. The return must take place within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Transport costs and responsibility for the goods during shipping are borne by the customer.
It is recommended to insure the products with the chosen courier and to pack them carefully, avoiding damage to the original packaging. The product must be returned intact, complete with all parts and accessories.
In the event of damage during return, Green Soul Cosmetics will communicate this within 5 working days of receipt. The refund, net of any restoration costs, will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods, via credit card reversal or bank transfer.
The right of withdrawal lapses entirely if the products are returned damaged, incomplete or with damaged packaging.
WITHOUT EXCEPTION, opened or used packaging will not be refunded.
Items without a seal or outer plastic wrap (makeup, skincare, haircare) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal – Cosmetic products purchased outside the EU
Pursuant to Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene and health reasons. Therefore, no refund is provided for cosmetic products purchased outside the European Union, also taking into account the costs and customs formalities associated with any return.
Art. 7 – DECLARATIONS AND LIABILITY
Green Soul Cosmetics declares and guarantees that the products comply with the quality standards recognised by applicable national and local laws. Green Soul Cosmetics shall have no liability towards consumer users or third parties in the event that products are used in a manner inconsistent with their product category, or for damage arising from manufacturing defects not reported within the terms referred to in Article 5.
Art. 8 – APPLICABLE LAW
This sales contract is deemed to have been concluded in Italy and is governed by Italian law. For the resolution of disputes arising from this contract, territorial jurisdiction lies with the Court of Brescia (BS).
Pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the Parties specifically declare their consent to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and in particular to the preamble and Articles 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
The Customer also has the possibility of resolving any disputes relating to purchases without going to court, through the online dispute resolution platform available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
